The bride grew up
Women of the Grodno region most often got married at the age of 21-22, men married mostly at 31-35, and there were many grooms at the age of 46-50. There were no underage brides and grooms last year. Age-related marriages were rare, but they did occur. The oldest groom was 58 years old, the bride was 52 years old. The youngest groom was a 21 – year-old boy, the bride-an 18-year-old girl. There were fewer marriages with foreigners than usual. Among them are citizens of Russia, Ukraine and Poland.
Most marriages among the village Council was in Sobocinska, least of all in Adelsky. The number of exit registrations has increased.
By the way, in exceptional cases, the marriage can be registered on the day of the appeal. These include pregnancy, having a common child, or special circumstances. The relevant document must be submitted on the day of filing the application for marriage registration. There were such facts last year, said Natalia Zhuk, acting head of the Civil Registry Office of the Grodno District Executive Committee.
Young mothers
Women were more likely to give birth at the age of 25-30 years, men were more likely to become fathers-from 30 to 35 years. The youngest father was 18 years old, the mother-17. And at this age, three girls became mothers. Last year, unlike the previous year, there were no dads aged "50+". The most adult father is 47, and the most adult mother is 43. Our women also gave birth to foreign men. Among the popes are citizens of Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine. Among the foreign mothers are citizens of Russia and Ukraine.
And there are more boys
As a year earlier, in 2020, more boys were born than girls – 163 and 159, respectively. Previously, for a long time, the opposite picture was observed. Large families have been added. In particular, 71 family third child was born, in the 16th to fourth, 6 – fifth, one – sixth and one – tenth appeared. The richest among newborns of village councils were Vertelishki and Indursky (41 and 26, respectively), least of all babies born in Adelsky and Podleska the village Council (9). There are 104 registered births in Skidel.
Start from scratch
Women decided to divorce at a younger age, men-at a more mature age. Many representatives of the fair sex decided to terminate their marriage before the age of 31, in order, as they say, to have time to build a new life. There were also women who decided to take such a step at the age of "55+".
Men were more likely to get divorced at 46-50, some at retirement age. The youngest spouses who decided to dissolve the marriage were 24 years old. According to the law, you can get a divorce in a month after submitting an application for termination. Natalia Zhuk recalls a case from her practice when a couple divorced two weeks after the wedding.
Live longer
Unfortunately, the death rate still exceeds the birth rate. This trend has been observed in rural areas for more than a year. As the analysis shows, women live longer than men. The average life expectancy of the fair sex last year was 81 years, men-70 years. This indicator has increased. In the last few years, the average life expectancy of women in the Grodno region was in the range of 76-78 years, men-66-68.
